Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

  • We provide domestic shipping for items that cannot be shipped outside India on request by the customer.

  • The items are shipped within 2 working days via India post or DTDC.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • Shipping rates depends upon the weight of the package and delivery location and the same will be communicated to the customer upon shipment creation.

  • Shipments within India will be delivered between 1 to 5 days business days.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

  • We ship to 220+ countries through India Post, DHL and Fedex. Shipping charges vary depending upon the destination country and the package weight and the same can be checked here.

  • All shipments are delivered worldwide within

    • 7 to 20 business days in case of Standard shipping and

    • 4 - 6 business days in case of Priority Express shipping. Please contact our support team to send your shipment through Priority Express and charges vary accordingly.

  • ShopIndiaSe has no control over any delay of the package delivery due to customs clearance at the destination and cannot be held responsible for the same.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

  • Once the payment is made, shipment will be created and dispatched the next working day. 

  • Customer will receive an email confirmation and a WhatsApp message, once the shipment is dispatched along with the tracking details.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

  • Any custom duty or Taxes applied during delivery has to be paid by the receiver and ShopIndiaSe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

Returns Policy

  • When a package is undeliverable due to customs clearance failure or wrong address details, the shipment will be returned back to ShopIndiaSe's address if 'Return to Origin' is selected during shipment creation. This return shipping charge has to be borne by the customer. Please check here for more details.

  • The retuned package will be sent to an Indian address if customer requests for the same and domestic shipping charges apply for the same.
