Locker Charges 
FREE till 20 days Only if you use our shipping service to international or within India. Please refer our Subscription page for more details.

Shopping Assistant 
Base fee of Rs. 249 per package + 4% of total shopped item value

Tailoring Service
Base fee of Rs. 249 per package+ 4% of total tailoring charges
Only for Gold members

Pickup Service
Based on the weight of package and pickup location

Package Opening Video
You can request a package opening video when adding the expected item from your locker page. Package opening video charge is Rs. 100 per package. This will be useful if you need to raise any dispute with the seller for wrong items or damaged items.

Service charge
Minimum service charge is Rs. 500.

Delivery within India
If you would like to send the package to someone within India after consolidation and packing, there will be a service fee of Rs. 500 + domestic shipping charge of Rs. 100 per Kg.

Extra packaging
If there are fragile products like glass items, ceramic items, etc that need extra protective packaging like bubble wrap, a fee of Rs. 50 per item is applicable.

Warehouse charges
If you would like to pickup the package from our Chennai facility through other courier services without using our shipping service, within free locker storage period,

  • Rs. 500 for packages less than 5 Kgs and

  • Rs. 1000 for packages weighing between 5 Kgs and 10 Kgs

  • Rs. 1500 for packages weighing between 10 Kgs and 15 Kgs

  • Rs. 2000 for packages weighing between 15 Kgs and 20 Kgs

will be charged as warehouse storage charges.
 
After the Free locker storage, for each day Rs. 80 will be charged as Locker storage charges till the package is shipped.
