  • What is consolidation, and how does it help me save?
    Shipping multiple packages overseas directly from online stores can be very costly. With our parcel bundling consolidation service, our expert packers combine your purchases into a single package, saving you up to 60-80% off standard International shipping rates. We will always try to consolidate your items into one box, unless you specify otherwise. As we charge based on the weight of the package and not be dimension, it is almost always to your benefit to have one large box sent instead of several small boxes. ShopIndiaSe charges a small fee of INR 100 per package that you add to the shipment.
  • Do you ship Tablets / Supplements?
    Currently we do not ship medicines. We ship only supplements that are fssai certified.
  • How can I shop Indian websites using Shopping Assistant feature?
    Shopping Assistant helps you to place orders on behalf of you in any Indian Website or Instagram stores. You can send us the list of items you need us to order through whatsapp or Email. We will place the orders after receiving the product value as payment from you. Please refer Shopping Assistant page for further details.
  • Do you clear custom duties wrt customer destination?
    No. Destination customs duty if applicable should be paid by the recipient. ShopIndiaSe does not have any control over the destination customs duty. If Destination Customs is asking for any documents related to the receiver/sender package at the time of receiving the package in your country, you need to share documents such as Passport, Phytosanitary Certificate, FDA Certificate & more.
  • Can I send non-veg ready-to-eat packaged products from India?
    Yes. These can be sent through specific courier services. Sometimes the products might be blocked in your country by border control agency and we do not have control over that. Please note this while ordering animal based food products from India.
  • What If My Package Is Rejected By Home Country Customs?
    We can help with checking the eligibility of your items before shipping internationally. However, in some unfortunate situations, if the item is not allowed entry into your home country, then you have 2 options You can request to send the shipment back to ShopIndiaSe locker address in India, in which case, international return shipment charges, import duties in India, any storage charges at airport, any admin fees etc. will be applied to you Discard or abandon the package – in which case the home country customs/DHL will donate or trash your package for free of cost. In above circumstances it is customer’s/consignee’s responsibility and ShopIndiaSe is not responsible to provide shipment/service refunds if the package comes back due to non-eligibility. We will guide you before shipping the item, but countries change regulations often and it is hard to keep track of even at DHL level, hence we strongly recommend reading what is allowed shipping to your country.   • What are the shipping Charges?

  • What is the maximum parcel size acceptable for international shipment?
    The length of the package should be within 1.5 meter for Express and within 1 meter for Standard. We will try our best to consolidate and send the items within this limit. Appliances like Washing machine, Speakers, TV, etc cannot be sent as they will exceed these limitations.
  • How can I shop from India if I don't have an Indian Bank account or Indian Mobile number?
    We provide Shopping Assistant service where we buy the things which you need on your behalf. Please refer Shopping Assistant page for more details.
  • What are the overall charges other than shipping?
    The charges differ based on the subscription you choose after registering. Please refer to our Subscription Plans section for details.
  • I am a reseller and I sell items that I buy from Amazon in bulk quantities regularly. Is there any discount for reseller or sellers?
    Yes. We welcome resellers and sellers from any part of the world to buy items from Indian websites at low cost and develop their business. We have attractive offers customised to every one's need. Please contact support team with the requirement and we will help you.
  • Do you ship pickles, oil, semi liquid items?
    We cannot ship cooking oil of any kind. We can ship dry pickles. These are special category items and can be shipped through our other courier partners. This will incur extra charges for packaging and shipping. Please contact our support team - support@shopindiase.com for more details.
  • Do you provide tailoring service?
    Yes. We provide tailoring services at a very nominal fee for our Gold and Platinum members only. Please refer Tailoring Service page for more details.
  • What services do you provide?

  • Can I return/exchange the items delivered to warehouse?
    Yes. You can raise a return/exchange request if you are not satisfied with the item. You need to create a return for the item in the website where you ordered as we do not have access to your orders. There will be no extra return charges if you raise the request within 3 days of delivery to warehouse. If request is raised after 3 days, a penalty of Rs. 80 will be charged per day per item. Please be aware of seller return policies before ordering any items online. If we have to return it to the seller on our own, extra shipping charges will be applicable
  • What will happen if my parcel is lost in transit?
    We take at most care for your package to reach you safely. If under certain circumstances, if the package is lost in transit, the declared value of the package or INR 14000 whichever is lower along with the shipping charge will be refunded to you if you choose Standard Shipping. In case of Duty Paid Shipping, 30% of declared value or INR 3500 whichever is lower along with the shipping cost will be refunded. This will be done only after confirmation from our courier partner that the package is lost in transit. If the package is lost after it is delivered to you doorstep, ShopIndiaSe cannot be held responsible. Claim process will take 30 days to get complete and refund will be sent to your preferred account.
  • Do you ship groceries like rice, dal, tea, coffee powder to my country?
    Yes. We ship all types of groceries from India to abroad. You can buy Tea, coffee, biscuits, sauce, mayo, etc from Indian stores like Amazon fresh, BigBasket etc and we will ship them to your address. In some countries import of raw rice is prohibited. Please contact us for more details.
  • What Happens If An Item Is Not Eligible To Ship Internationally?
    In case you have ordered some items which unfortunately cannot be exported out of India, and if for some reason you cannot/don’t wish to return it back to the seller , then you can choose to abandon/donate your parcel for no additional cost or you can get it returned to an Indian address for a small fee. You can ping us on WhatsApp with your instructions.
  • Can I insure my package?
    Yes. Insurance is normally applicable for all the packages sent through us. If the package is lost, package declared value along with shipping charge will be refunded to you if you chose Standard Shipping option.
  • What items are Prohibited?
    Please refer to our Prohibited Items section for the details.
  • When will I receive the locker number and Indian Virtual address?
    Once you register with us, locker number and Indian Virtual address details will be available in your dashboard with all other necessary details.
  • What are the packing charges?
    There are no separate packing charges. All are included in the Service charge. If the items like glass items, decorative items, etc, require special packing like extra bubble wrap, special packing charges of Rs. 50 will be charged per item.
  • What are the storage charges?
    We offer FREE storage for packages that arrive into your Warehouse for up to 20 days. Packages stored past the free storage period will incur storage fees of INR 80/day from the 21st Day. Storage fees continue to accrue until your package is shipped, discarded or returned to the sender. You will see storage charges under Package Level Charges on your invoice when the package is shipped or discarded.
  • Why Do I Need To Provide Purchase Values For Each Item?
    A seller invoice, or payment receipt, is a document that shows the price you paid for merchandise you have purchased. The document may also contain other information, including the name and address of the sellers. Many sellers automatically include a seller invoice with your package, and some may email you an electronic seller invoice. Please keep a record of your seller invoices so you can provide them to us (if needed) or your customs office (if required) for export or import purposes.
  • Can I request photos of the items?
    Yes. We take up to 2 FREE Basic photographs of all your items which will be sent to your Whatsapp or email if requested by you. Additional photos and videos can be requested at no additional cost. How to request for Additional Photographs: Contact our team through Whatsapp or Email to request.
  • Can I send Silver items, Gold plated Antique jewellery from India to my country?
    Silver items like statues, pooja items, Gold plated, antique artificial jewelleries and gemstones require 'Jewellery Expert opinion' to pass customs. Additional clearance charge of Rs. 300 will be applicable per package for the same.
  • Can you ship home appliances like washing machines, TV, Speakers etc?
    No. We cannot ship large electronic items like washing machines, TV and Speakers. The package will exceed 1.5 meter length which is not acceptable for Air transportation.
  • Do you ship whole spices / spice powders?
    Whole spices are allowed only in small quantities like 100 gms We can ship packaged spice powders and powder mixes, purchased online from sites like Amazon, which are fssai certified without any clearance charges. Whole spices or spice powder are not allowed strictly in Australia.
  • How does it work?

  • Can you ship Kitchen appliances like grinder, mixer, blender, cooker and utensils?
    Yes we can ship all kitchen appliances as long as it does not exceed package length of 1.5 meter.
  • How do I pay using RazorPay (International Credit/Debit card, UPI, Wallet, Netbanking) ?
    RazorPay option is available during invoice payment or shopping assistant payment. Please note that you will be required to pay an additional amount of 3% of the total amount (Payment Gateway Charges) + GST if you choose to pay via RazorPay. Contact us for more details.
  • How do I pay to your PayPal Account?
    Please note that you will be required to pay an additional amount of 10% of the total amount (Payment Gateway Charges) if you choose to pay via PayPal. For final bill payment, we will send you the payment link to pay with the additional 10% gateway charge. Contact us for more details.
