Points to Note:

1. The package should be packed by your contact and be ready for pickup by courier partner on the pickup date.

2. The Delivery address to be mentioned in the package is the same as your Indian Virtual address with your Locker number.

3. There should not be any prohibited items in the package. Package will be inspected and items will be repacked in our Chennai facility before shipping abroad. During this check, if we find any restricted or prohibited items, we will notify you and the items can be sent back to your contact at an additional cost.

4. All packages will be routed through our Chennai facility only.

5. Pickup charges are applicable based on the location and weight of the package to be picked up. We rely on third party courier partners for pickup based on the location.

6. If the package is sent to our Facility directly by you or your contact, no pickup charges are applicable. We will receive, inspect and consolidate them as we do for online orders.

7. Value declaration and list of items in the package should be provided along with the package.

8. After filling the pickup request form, the quote given by support is only an estimate of pickup charge. The final charge will be calculated after pickup and the real weight of the package communicated to us by our courier partner.
